CNC LATHE OR MILL PROGRAMMER/OPERATOR
Job Description
Follow company health and safety policies including use of appropriate PPE
Review job traveler, drawing and samples to understand job; ask for clarification as required
Machine setup, touch-off of tools, fixture placement
Run, operate & program CNC machines as well as manual machines when required
Complete preliminary first-off & in-process checks
Complete customer quality paperwork as required
Follow ISO 9001:2015 system
Maintain & calibrate personal measuring equipment as per NPL’s calibration system
Assist with housekeeping of all work areas
Trouble shoot, maintain, clean & repair equipment
Other duties as directed by Management
Number of hours per week: 40-44 hours, Overtime as required by management
Machinist Certification & 5 years machining experience preferred

SHIPPER/RECEIVER
Job Description
Daily Shipping: includes packing, creating paperwork and labels, arranging pickups and deliveries
Deliveries: determine best way to ship and arrange, deliver via our truck
Daily Receiving: unpack receivables and put where they belong, enter packing slips into E2
Ensure all paperwork is turned into the office in a timely manner
Operate tow motor
Assist in general cleanliness of plant
Health and safety responsibilities: follow all company health and safety policies including use of protective equipment
General clean-up of any garbage in and outside the building
Regular checks of forklifts and fire extinguishers, including required paperwork
Other duties as directed by management
Number of hours per week: 40-44, overtime as required by management
MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT A MINIMUM OF 50LB.
Must possess a high school diploma and Class G driver’s license in good standing. Valid forklift training would be an asset
